John S. Thomas, M.D.

Dr. Thomas is dedicated to helping East Tennessee patients achieve better health through quality sleep and the evaluation, diagnosis and management of sleep disorders.

After receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami in 1991, Thomas earned his medical degree from Emory University in 1995. He served his residency at the University of Virginia’s Department of Neurology and fulfilled his fellowship at Emory University in clinical neurophysiology.

Dr. Thomas is certified by the American Boards of Internal Medicine (ABIM), Sleep Medicine (ABSM) and Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). Prior to joining Summit Sleep Services, he practiced at the Sleep Medicine Center of Kansas, which is affiliated with Via Christi Clinic of Ascension Health in Wichita, Kansas.

 

 

 

 

Lance Patton, M.D.

Dr. Patton has been practicing medicine for over 35 years. He is board certified in Sleep Medicine and also specializes in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Hospice and Pallative Care.

Dr. Patton attended medical school and residency at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and also practices at Tennessee Valley Primary Care in Jefferson City.
